Guidance Department

Miss Hall serves grades K-5 as the school counselor at Madison Elementary School. This is her first year as a school counselor after graduating from the Ohio State University’s Counselor Education program in May 2025.

Miss Hall aims to support all students at MES in a variety of ways, including…

  • Leading quarterly classroom lessons to reach every student at MES. Classroom lessons cover topics including friendship, coping skills, and teamwork.

  • Leading small groups of 5-10 students to target specific social and academic skills, such as growth mindset, study skills, and conflict management.

  • Meeting with individual students to assist them in times of distress, or when they just need someone to talk to. These meetings can range from a single quick check in on a hard day or a longer, more intentional counseling session.

  • Helping students and families have access to the resources they need to be successful in school.

  • Collaborating with school staff to create an environment where students can be safe and thrive!

Miss Hall is so excited to join the Madison community! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
