Mobile Health Clinic Flyer

PCH’s Mobile Clinic will be onsite on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, from 9:00 am-2:00 pm to offer biometric screenings. This is open to the entire community.

The biometric screening panel will include blood pressure and a non-fasting fingerstick test to measure the following:

  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL cholesterol
  • Blood glucose
  • Hemoglobin A1C

A Lifestyle Coach will also be available onsite to review onsite screening values. All services would be free of cost thanks to our hospital foundations!
