Any student that wants go on the 8th grade Washington D.C. Trip in May must register with World Strides by November 11, 2016. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at registration. Any money that is raised by the school-sponsored fundraisers cannot be used on the down payment due at registration. All the registration information can be found in the letter that was sent home with students at the begging of October, or in the Washing D.C. packet that was sent home.
Funds from the Yankee Candle Fundraiser cannot be used on the registration fee of $100 due for the trip on November 11th but can be used on the rest of the trip cost. All funds raised by students will be calculated on an individual level ( ie. what your student earns will be applied to their account only). All order forms; cash and checks for the fundraiser are due November 7. I will not be able to process any orders that are turned in late.
